When using any service provided by Moos.app you agree to follow the rules for our platform written below.
Content on our platform
Any content created or published using our platform retains any copyright of the original creator. By using our service you grant us rights to store and process data and share it with third parties in order to provide our service. We respect intellectual property rights and ask that you do too. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement when deemed necessary in order to comply with laws. Content on our platform must comply with local laws and laws of the Netherlands. We reserve the right to remove any content from our platform at any moment if it doesn't comply with the rules outlined above.
The website, app and any other communication from us contains code, text, images and other material copyrighted by us. You may not use or copy these materials without explicit consent from us unless specified otherwise.
The plans we provide are "pay per use" which means that we charge you only if you "use" our service. You are using our service when you spent time in our editor or when we store projects for you, which happens automatically when you create one. We charge you at the start of the month for the services used in the previous month. The minimum amount charged is €5. In the case of a payment failure we will send you one warning mail, after which we may remove any content we are storing for you. The price of the service may change, in that case you will be notified at least one month in advance.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns
We generally do not offer refunds except in some special occasions. Contact us if you think your case is such a special occasion.
Account removal / cancelation
You can cancel your subscription by opening the app and clicking "delete account" in settings. This will remove all projects and log you out. You will be charged one last time for services used in that month. After that you won't be charged again.
If you want to make a complaint you can contact us at .... We try to respond as soon as possible but at least within two weeks.
If you don't agree with our decision
When you have contacted us but we do not respond in a timely manner or you find our response non satisfactory you can contact the geschillencommissie.
Any changes to this document will be emailed to you one month before the changes go into effect. By continuing to use the service you agree to these new changes.
